Attached is a lising of claims to be allowed per a claim conference involving some of the KC Hub time claims. These were finalized on July 18, 2018 and are to be paid soon.
Please note that there were other claims addressed in conference that were denied and our office will consider Arbitration for those issues.
Our office has begun a program to conference claims every month. A separate posting will be made for St. Louis Hub claims. North Little Rock Hub was conferenced on July 18 and we do not have a recap for it. The conference will also be continued on August 23.
